Our jewelry is made from natural metal that is not plated or sealed. These metals will naturally darken, especially copper and brass giving them a more rustic look. 14k Gold Filled Metal is much more tarnish resistant than raw brass or copper. Gold filled metal is a layer of pressure bonded 14k gold over brass and is 100x thicker than gold plated. All earrings are made to order and sent in sealed packaging for hygienic safety. Earrings must be returned unopened from the sealed packing in order to be eligible for return.
